Veneto's favourite pasta. Now in Geneva.
Thick. Rough. Bronze-drawn.
So the sauce has nowhere to run.
Seven sauces. One serious pasta.
Veneto's favourite pasta.
Now in Geneva.
Autentico. Veloce. Bigoi.
Bigoli, seven sauces, takeaway only. Open Monday to Saturday, 11:30 to 15:00.
Spaghetti's thicker, rougher cousin.
Bigoli come out of a bronze die, not a steel one. Bronze leaves the strand rough. Rough grabs sauce and holds it, all the way from our counter to your desk. It is the whole reason this shop only makes one shape.
We didn't invent Bigoi. Veneto did, 500 years ago. We just brought it to Geneva.
Order, cook, go. That is the whole system.

Pick your sauce
Seven of them, in front of you, no menu to decode. Point at the one you want.

We cook it fresh
Bigoli into the water, sauce on top, straight into the cup. Nothing sits waiting under a lamp.

Take it and go
One hand holds the cup, the other holds your phone. No table, no waiting for the bill.
Build it here. Order it there.
Tap through the seven and see exactly what lands in your hand.
The things people actually ask.
It all started in Venice, by Bepe Bigoi.
Bepe Bigoi is Beppe's idea of fast food worth eating: bigoli pressed in the shop, dressed to order, priced like lunch. Two shops in Italy. Now one in Geneva.
